Womanimation! is an international festival of animated film stories by and about women.
Womanimation! made its debut on March 28, 2009 as part of SWAN (Support Women Artists Now) Day.
Its second installment took place May 8-9, 2010 (Mother's Day weekend).
The third annual festival took place May 8, 2011 (Mother's Day).
